Without a reliable means of support, these children often live in improvised conditions with little or no opportunity for a higher education while the absentee parents enjoy the benefits and opportunities of living in the United States.

Desnoes Investigations works with the international community to improve the lives of these children by locating the noncompliant parents residing in the United States and ensuring child support is paid to their children outside the country.
